3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary physical and mental capacity to participate in the course.

4. Course Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

4.2 Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the notice period:

  • More than 14 days’ notice: No fee
  • 7-14 days’ notice: 25% of the course fee
  • Less than 7 days’ notice: 50% of the course fee

4.3 If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you an alternative course date or a full refund.

5. Certificates and Qualifications

5.1 Upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate of attendance.

5.2 The certificate will be valid for a period specified on the certificate itself.

6. Liability

6.1 We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of all participants during the course.

6.2 We will not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of your participation in the course unless such loss or damage is caused by our negligence.
